Access and Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we detect misuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.
  • Accounts are individual and may not be shared unless a specific multi-seat plan explicitly permits sharing.

Content and License

Course materials are licensed for personal learning. Redistribution is not permitted.

  • Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal educational use.
  • Copying, redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or making the materials publicly available is prohibited.
  • You may create personal notes and summaries for your own use; do not publish or distribute them if they reveal substantive course content.
  • All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PlainPath Design and its licensors.

Credits

Courses may be purchased using credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Credits are units that can be exchanged for course enrollments, downloadable resources, or other listed features on plainpath.top.

  • Purchase: Credits can be purchased through supported payment methods shown at checkout.
  • Redemption: The required number of credits for each item is displayed prior to redemption.
  • Non-transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be gifted or transferred between accounts.
  • Expiration: Unless explicitly stated otherwise at purchase, credits do not expire. If an expiration applies, it will be displayed at checkout and on your billing page.
  • Refunds: Credit purchases and redemptions are final and non-refundable unless a material service failure prevents access to the purchased item.
  • Chargebacks: If a payment is reversed, we may deduct the corresponding credits and suspend access to redeemed items pending resolution.
  • Promotional Credits: Promotional or bonus credits may carry additional limitations as specified in the associated offer.

Acceptable Use

No unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, harvest user data, or interfere with platform stability.
  • Do not upload malware, conduct automated scraping beyond documented allowances, or perform load testing without prior written permission.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
  • Any attempt to reverse engineer or decompile platform components is prohibited except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site.

  • When we make material updates, we will post a notice on plainpath.top with an effective date.
  • Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
